Chun Yin
Leadership, transition and the quiet work of becoming more yourself.
Chun came to Australia as a postgraduate student in 2004 and built a 20-year career in professional services, including 17 years in banking and 14 years in leadership roles focused on identifying and developing talent. That experience now informs a clear, empathetic approach to helping people navigate career pathways and important life transitions.
Base Camp grew from a simple purpose: help people find their pathway, ignite their passion and lay foundations for the life they want to build.
