This notice describes what this website does today. It is not a substitute for tailored legal advice or a complete privacy compliance review.
The enquiry and member-access forms run in your browser. They do not submit data to a Base Camp website server or store form entries in this site. When you choose to continue, your device opens a draft email to info@basecampmentor.com.au. The draft contains only the details you entered. It is sent only if you choose to send it in your email app.
If you send a draft, your email provider and Base Camp's email provider will process and may retain the message under their own terms and settings. Email may not be encrypted end to end. Avoid including passwords, health information, financial account details or anything else you do not want sent by email.
The website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use tracking pixels, or save form entries in browser storage. Images and styles are served from this site rather than Google Fonts or Unsplash. Your hosting provider may keep routine server or security logs; confirm its logging, retention and location settings with the provider before launch.
You can browse without submitting a form. You can review, edit or discard an email draft before sending. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have emailed, contact info@basecampmentor.com.au. Email providers may retain copies according to their own policies.
Before an engagement starts, ask Base Camp to document the service scope, fees, record keeping, confidentiality expectations and any circumstances in which information may need to be shared. Mentorship and coaching are not a substitute for clinical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
This is a plain-language operational notice based on the current static site, not a representation that every legal obligation has been met. Before accepting client information, confirm the hosting and email providers, data locations, access controls, retention and deletion process, breach response, and applicable Australian privacy obligations with a qualified adviser.

Before launch, configure HTTPS-only delivery and host-level security headers. At minimum, review Content-Security-Policy, Referrer-Policy, X-Content-Type-Options, Permissions-Policy and HSTS (only after HTTPS is working). These settings depend on the chosen host and are not enforced by this local preview.
